Tradesman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of interior remodeling construction and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various trades such as carpentry, painting, drywall, and tile installation in bathrooms, kitchens and whole house remodeling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct construction inspections to assess project needs and requirements
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Carry out carpentry work including framing, trim work, and cabinet installation
- Hang doors and install windows
- tile installation
- Collaborate with other tradesmen to ensure smooth project completion

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role
- Proficient in various trades including carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, etc.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
