Pharmacy Technician

**Job Description**:
**Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Technician**

**Site**: NHCP Pharmacy, Associated Branch Clinic, and H135 Central Refill Pharmacy
- **Location**:Camp Pendleton, CA**

**Schedule**: Sunday through Saturday, including federal holidays, between 0000-2359 hours. Shifts typically span five 8.5-hour periods with an uncompensated 30-minute lunch break. HCWs will not exceed 80 hours per two-week period.
- **Minimum Qualifications**:

- ** Degree**: Certificate.
- ** Education**: Graduate from an ASHP-accredited pharmacy technician program or equivalent.
- ** Certification**: PTCB certification required.
- ** Experience**: Minimum one year post-graduation experience as a pharmacy technician.

**Core Duties**:

- Perform comprehensive pharmacy technician procedures.
- Dispense pharmaceuticals, including new outpatient prescriptions and refills.
- Provide information consultations for patients and physicians.
- Ensure quality improvement by conducting drug storage inspections and producing error reports.
- Manage supply processes, including inventory maintenance and order placement.
