**Bookkeeper**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work with data in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Must be able to type proficiently.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures and practices, including the use of spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a must
- Experience with ADP is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare journal entries for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
- Process bank deposits, checks, credit card payments, and other transactions as needed for month-end closes.
- Process payrolls weekly, monthly, quarterly and payroll quarterlies
- Prepare financial statements for month-end closings.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:
