**Schedule**:Monday 12p-8p, Tuesday 2p-10p, Wednesday 2p-10p, Thursday 2p-10p, Saturday 8a-4p

**Pay**:$17.15 per hour

**Location**:Southbridge, MA

**Sign On Bonus**:$1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees

The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.

- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
