In this position you will help to ensure that Valmet Treasury and Contract Policies are applied in terms of contractual guarantees and currency risk exposure, in close cooperation with Valmet Trade Finance and Treasury.

The responsibility area includes
- Business support for Sales unit at quotation and contract negotiation phase regarding commercial terms
- Contract guarantees administration: Bank and Corporate Guarantees
- Mitigation of foreign currency risk
- Link between the Automation Systems Business Line and Valmet Treasury
- Project Unit support as necessary
- Transfer pricing policy implementation
- Ensuring compliance with Sanctioned Countries / Companies

Expectations:

- The incumbent must have a University or collegial Degree in Finance or equivalent. Knowledge of Bank and Corporate Guarantees and Letter of Credit
- Knowledge of VAT system, regulations and practices
- Ability to communicate well and work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to independent thinking and business-oriented mindset
