Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, positioning patients, and providing physical therapy treatments as directed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients about chiropractic care, treatment plans, and exercises to enhance their recovery and well-being.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient flow, and assist with front desk duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, insurance verification, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in chiropractic therapy assistance or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic or physical therapy setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
