**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development, and execution of government acquisition contracts in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contract requirements, develop acquisition strategies, and establish evaluation criteria.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual requirements and take appropriate action to address any issues or deficiencies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on contract status, performance, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

throughout the acquisition process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in government contracting and acquisition management.
- Deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant procurement laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex government contracts from initiation to closeout.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- IRS clearance, required
