**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Work Location**: Hybrid work/in-office. (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements**: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Initial training will be mostly virtual, but may require occasional on-site visits during the first few months. Position may require on-site work at Patuxent River, MD 1-2 days per week.

**Essential Functions**:

- Compile and document test cases and test plans.
- Support user testing and 508 compliance testing.
- Conduct troubleshooting of software issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Attend customer meetings to record meeting minutes, gather, document, and analyze requirements.
- Assist in converting requirements into epics, user stories, or features and input into GitLab.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements.
- Provide onsite customer support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned or required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Required**:

**Desired**:

- SQL experience preferred.
- Experience with GitLab highly desired.
- Automated testing experience desired.
- Basic programming understanding is a plus.

**Security Clearance**:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Active Secret clearance desired, interim Secret acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

**Education**:
HS and 2 years' experience required OR AA/AS or BA/BS degree and minimum 3 months experience required.
