This position will gain marketable work experience by working with Yavapai College staff, Faculty and affiliates in a group effort to support the mission, goals and values of Yavapai College.

**ATHLETICS TICKET TAKER**

The Ticket Taker position will support the Athletics department by performing general ticket selling duties for YC athletic events; scanning tickets during events; assisting patrons who have questions.
**
ANSWER CENTER STUDENT AMBASSADOR 1**

Student Ambassador is a leadership position for students who are dedicated to serving and representing Yavapai College (YC). Student Ambassadors assist with front desk reception, data entry, phones and serve as YC representatives. Student Ambassadors support the Student Development division by:

- Assisting with greeting students at our welcome desk
- Assisting with Academic Advising appointment check-in
- Assisting with phones
- Data entry of academic transcripts
- Attending weekly staff meeting and required training
- Developing an expanded knowledge of Yavapai College
- Assisting with I.D. card production
- Assisting with a variety of office related tasks

**ART GALLERY DOCENT 1**

Art Gallery Docents will assist the YC Art Gallery by:

- Providing interpretation of fine arts to the public
- Supporting gallery managers with basic operational tasks
- Assisting with installation of art work
- Assisting in the hosting of gallery openings

**BUSINESS OFFICE ASSISTANT 1**The Business Office Assistant will support the YC Business Office by assisting with daily administrative functions such as:

- Copying, filing, sorting and compiling various information
- Distributing correspondence
- Preparing basic financial spreadsheets

**CHINO VALLEY AG CENTER TECH 1**

The Yavapai College Agriculture Student Worker must have a good knowledge of plants and fish, be able to effectively care for the greenhouse area, and other areas of the campus including the equine arena. They should like working outdoors and be physically fit. They need communication skills in order to interact with students, staff and the public. Knowledge of computerized control systems for maintaining an automated and controlled environment, good communication skills, basic analytical skills, and attention to detail are preferred. Working towards an Agriculture Degree or Certificate is required. Finally, they should be dependable, able to take direction and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**CISCO LAB ASSISTANT 1**

The CISCO Lab Assistant will provide support for the CNT department by:

- Helping set up student lab equipment
- Assisting CNT students with lab activities
- Helping maintain CNT classrooms and equipment
- Other responsibilities as determined by the Program Director

**COMPUTER COMMONS ASSISTANT 1**

The Computer Commons Assistant will support the Computer Commons by being:

- Professional, computer savvy, and a problem solver
- Available some nights and Saturdays as needed

**CTEC Receptionist**The CTEC Receptionist will support the CTEC campus by:

- Greeting visitors, including students, staff and community members
- Directing walk in traffic to appropriate offices

**DESKTOP SERVICE ASSISTANT 1**

Desktop Service Assistants are the first point of contact for students, staff and faculty seeking technical assistance for college technology issues.

Desktop Service Assistants provide level one technical support over the phone, in person, or by using remote computer utilities. Assistants will also repair, upgrade and replace a wide range of computers and peripheral equipment, including Hewlett Packard printers, PC's and Macintosh computers.They will also assist our Presentation Technology Support Services group with a wide range of presentation technology, audio-visual, and classroom technology equipment, including projectors, document cameras, audio-video equipment, computers, and other elements as required.

**FAMILY ENRICHMENT CENTER (FEC) KITCHEN ASSISTANT 1**
The FEC Kitchen Assistant will support the FEC by:

- Assisting the FEC Cook in all aspects of meal preparation for 65 children daily
- Completing daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- Helping with a variety of food preparation tasks
- Unloading and put away groceries
- Minimal record keeping as needed

**FAMILY ENRICHMENT CENTER (FEC) TEACHER ASSISTANT 1**The FEC Teacher Assistant will support the FEC by
