Overview:
Responsibilities would include:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for FieldGoals.US and The Heard across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics tailored to each platform
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation
- Foster and grow an online community on The Heard platform, encouraging discussions and engagement among members
- Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and platform-specific content
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for community and economic development and qualitative research - and the ability to convey this effectively through social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
