Then we have just the job for you We are looking to hire a hardworking, reliable and caring individual to join our team here at Doggie Depot. We are looking for a bather that is able to bathe and prep a dog from start to finish. No previous bathing experience is needed but you must be a dog person and have great customer service skills This position may offer the opportunity to move into a groomers assistant position through training. This job is a great start for anyone who would like to dip their toes into the wonderful world of Dog Grooming

Your Duties Would Include (but are not limited to):
Dog bathing, blow drying, nail clipping, and ear cleaning on all breeds of dogs, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all animals under our care.

Responsible for upkeep and maintaining cleanliness of salon at all times.

Assisting groomers as needed.
Strong ability to multitask.

This job is physically demanding, therefore you must be able to lift large dogs and work in a fast-paced manner. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Dependability, patience and compassion towards animals are an absolute must for this position.

We are looking for someone to work part time, Tuesday through Saturday from 8am - usually 3pm (sometimes as late at 4pm). Fridays and Saturdays are a MUST. We like to have two part time bathers on rotation throughout the week as it makes it easier on us when someone needs time off or gets sick. So this is a part time position, likely with two full day shifts and two half day shifts. But there’s the possibility of more shifts depending on the other bather’s availability.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
