Youth Care Worker

Madison, United States Christian Servants Home Care Full time

**Possible Responsibilities**:
**Companion Care**: Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

**Meal Preparation**: Prepare nutritious meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.

**Transportation**: Safely transport clients to/from appointments and social outings (mileage reimbursement provided).

**Respite Care**: Provide relief for primary caregivers and/or parents.

**Teaching/Aiding**: Assist clients in developing and maintaining daily living skills.

**Personal Cares/Caregiving**: Aid with personal hygiene, bathing, getting dressed, etc

**Housekeeping**:Aid elderly clients with household chores such as laundry or sweeping

**Childcare**: Work with children ages ranging from 3-18 years old.

**Qualifications**:
High level of compassion, empathy, and dedication to client well-being.

Dependability and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working in a non-medical, in-home care setting.

Childcare experience is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience required.

Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.

Ability to pass background check.

E-Verify is used to confirm employment eligibility.
