XLA is looking for a GLAAS instructor that can travel to Ghana for 10-14 days and teach GLAAS 101 and 102 courses. This will be a short-term assignment with the possibility of being called back in the future for additional training locations.

**Role Description**

This role is for a GLAAS Instructor at XLA. As a GLAAS Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Accra. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating participant performance, and providing feedback.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in delivering training programs
- Strong knowledge of GLAAS (Global Learning and Assessment System)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in government services is a plus
