Job Title: Spray Foam Installer

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Spray Foam Install helper. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting & learning the complete process of spray foam insulation, preparing structures for insulation, prepping rig at shop and jobsites and assisting with driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites as needed. As well, you will have basic warehouse responsibilities.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is desirable but not required. Painting experience is also helpful.
- Backing a truck and trailer is a desirable skill
- **Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and agile, with the ability to work in tight attics and crawl spaces.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently.
- Must be able to work in hot summer conditions in a construction environment one day and in a shop the next. (Most work will be on site with shop time as needed)
- Must be punctual, organized, and efficient.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

- Hourly rate of $18-$24 based on experience level (if any) and performance incentives (TBD based on experience).

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
