- Bake cookies in a timely matter to ensure cookie stock and no cookie flavor shortages
- Ensure store cleanliness and dining room checks
- Ensure the wash sink is clear of dishes
- Knowledge of boiling boba, temperature, time, and safety
- Restock boba cooler and milk cooler
- Restock ice
- Restock boba and cookie stations
- Restroom checks ensuring cleanliness and stock restroom needs
- Create a remarkable experience for guests by connecting with guests during dine-in
- Inform of any item needs to shift leader when low on stock
- Be accountable for your work

- Knowledge of the Farmer’s Market procedures
- Understand all restock items should be done in a timely manner to better prepare for rush hours
