Monetariais a boutique B2B/commercial debt collection agency looking to hire an associate negotiator.

Position: Debt Negotiator

Responsible for negotiating directly with debtors and their representatives to result in agreed settlements

Daily tasks will include:

- Communicate with clients (creditors) regarding progress of each file and offers from debtors/debtor representatives;
- Skip tracing/Research/investigate assets of debtors;
- Maintain status of each file in company database and client portal;
- Prepare forbearance/settlement agreements for debtors with agreed-upon terms of payment and structure;
- Follow through to execution of settlement agreement and payment from debtors; and
- Work together with attorneys on complex files.
