Join Lickety Split's dynamic team as a Handyman with a multifaceted skill set encompassing general carpentry, drywall repairs, concrete finishing, landscaping/yard work, and equipment operation. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetics, functionality, and safety of our residential and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute general carpentry tasks like framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
- Handle concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, leveling, and surface finishing.
- Contribute to landscaping and yard work, including mowing, weeding, and planting.
- Operate and maintain various equipment, ensuring they're in optimal condition.
- Address maintenance requests promptly and complete work orders efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage supplies and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Handyman roles, proficient in carpentry, drywall repair, concrete finishing, landscaping/yard work, and equipment operation.
- Mastery of hand and power tools pertinent to the job.
- Thorough understanding of construction and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Physical fitness for manual labor and lifting heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
