We are looking for a person to help with a cats only boarding and grooming facility in Van Nuys. We can board 5 to 60 cats and groom 3- 4 cats a day. We have a well -trained staff that are in need of a strong leader. The assistant manager will be responsible for some of the daily duties as well. Must have previous animal experience with cats and grooming.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in employee orientation, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Collaborate with the hospital manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
