**Job Summary**:
Ensures daily, that highest quality standards of housekeeping are maintained for our members. Provides preventative maintenance for clubhouse facilities including doors, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, and more. Lifting, bending, and excessive physical movements involved. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.

**Job Duties**:
Sweeps and washes floors, vacuums carpets, washes walls, dusts furniture and fixtures and cleans ashtrays.

Cleans Handicap, Ladies, Men’s, Staff and Caddie restrooms. Cleans sinks, toilets, shower and floors. Fills soap and paper dispensers as needed. Reports repair and maintenance needs to the General Manager.

Dusts, cleans windows and walls, tidy up furniture on a daily basis.

Change lightbulbs in all fixtures. Assures that all fixtures have working bulbs.

Set up rooms according to floor plan and daily needs. Set up requires moving tables, chairs and furniture.

Set up buffet tables as directed according to floor plan. Set up requires moving table.

Set up coffee station and beverage service as needed.

Deliver food and beverages to the Halfway House, Racquet Chalet as needed.

Set up tables, tents, refreshments for member golf events and golf outings. Maintains constant supply throughout the day, replenishing as needed.

Fills coolers on the golf course with water after the Greens employees have left for the day. Replenish coolers as necessary throughout the day.

Cleans the restrooms and common areas of the Racquet Chalet.

May be asked to assist with other job functions as needed. For example: Coat Room Attendant, buffet runner, busser.

Cleans Business Office, GM Office and Front Desk daily. Empties trash, dust as needed.

Removes trash from Club House. Deposits trash in the dumpster.

Cleans floor mats, grills, coolers as needed.

Sets up grills for BBQ. Maintains stock of propane. Informs Dining Room Manager when stock runs low.

Raises and lowers the American and Club flags as needed.

Perform basic maintenance and repair functions. Purchases supplies as needed from Home Depot and other stores as necessary.

Assists with seasonal Club decorations. Stores decorations in storage areas. Maintains storage areas in neat, tidy condition.

Performs other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

Performs special projects, within the scope of this job, as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned by the GM or Dining Room Manager.

May perform other duties as needed, within the scope of this job, for the efficient operation of the club.

Follows established policies and procedures including human resources and club rules. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Using a gas/electric blower to clean back parking lot, patio and all areas around the clubhouse.

Supplying water bottles at our racquets chalet.

Care & storage of equipment.

Painting and minor repairs of equipment and around the building.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

- Cleaning Experience: 2 years (required)
