**FLSA Status**: Exempt

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience
- Patient Training Bonus: $750 per new patient trained
- Bonus Potential: $4,500 - $30,000 annually
- Vehicle Stipend or Company Tesla/similar vehicle (in qualified situations)

**Job Summary**

As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Training and Education**: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.
- ** Clinical Care**: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.
- ** Travel**: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes within your assigned region.
- **Registered Nurse**: Possess a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- ** Dialysis Experience**: Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred, but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field
