**Are you ready to be part of our expansion into new markets? We're seeking talented General Managers who possess these qualifications**:
As the fastest-growing independently owned construction equipment rental company in the country, we are dedicated to creating a connected jobsite and providing innovative technology solutions to contractors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead by example by inspiring the team to perform at their highest potential.
- Build and develop an exceptional team.
- Maximize branch performance by managing operations, balancing work hours and payroll, and conducting monthly profit and loss reviews.
- Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with the team, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken.
- Resolve conflicts and establish reasonable goals with well-defined expectations for the team.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of** 5** years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.
- Minimum of** 5 **years in a leadership role where you have coached, mentored, and performance managed others.
- Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
