Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those you care for. This position requires a strong sense of empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt to various situations.

**Duties**:

- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany individuals to appointments or social outings
- Document care provided and communicate any observations or concerns to appropriate parties

**Skills**:

- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care, hospice care, and assisted living practices
- Familiarity with social work principles and techniques
- Proficient in first aid procedures
- Ability to administer medication accurately and safely
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of all ages
- Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in need

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- No nights
- No weekends
- On call
- Overnight shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
