As a Regular Warehouse Processor, you will play a fundamental role in the daily operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments of goods, materials, and products.
Inspect received items for accuracy, quality, and damages.
Verify shipment documentation and resolve discrepancies with suppliers as needed.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and movements.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.
Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery to customers or other locations.
Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups as necessary.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all warehouse processes.
Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies during receiving, picking, and packing.
Report any quality issues to supervisors and assist in resolving them.
Keep work areas clean and organized, including aisles, storage areas, and workstations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.75 - $23.62 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
