Welcome to Chick-fil-A March Lane at I-5 Working at Chick-fil-A, it is a privilege and a pleasure to serve our fellow team members, guests, and community. We are a team that feels like family, in a place that feels like home - We want to learn a little bit more about you, but first, here’s a little bit about us.

Our founder, Truett Cathy, believed in caring for people in a personal and meaningful way, and found a unique opportunity to live out his calling in a fast food environment. We are committed to upholding his legacy in running a great restaurant, while caring for our guests - and each other - the way Truett would.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

**General Responsibilities**
- Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook (e.g., punctuality, hygiene, appearance)
- Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
- Treat all guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top notch
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru)
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, going above and beyond in order to keep our guests safe
- Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
- Constantly grow yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster, giving 100% all day every day
- Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards, which are: Clean & Safe Environment, Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service, & Genuine Hospitality

**Minimum Requirements**
- 18 years of age or older
- Team members must be fully available to work on Fridays and Saturdays as they are our busiest days
- Willing and able to work outdoors in drive-thru, able to work on your feet for several hours
- A genuine interest in serving others
- You must commit to the highest Chick-fil-A customer service standards and our promise to guests to be the most caring company in Stockton while serving the best chicken

Open Availability is preferred. Fridays and Saturdays are mandatory.

**Compensation**

Starting wage rate is $20/hour.
