Job Title: Head Coach
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach to lead our team of coaches and members at F45 Training Laveen. This person will be the face of the studio and be the driving force behind the success inside the gym The Head Coach will work full time 40 hours per week from the studio. Coach a minimum of 15 classes per week. (17-20 classes preferred) Must be available to coach a variety of mornings, evenings, and some weekends. Weekly tasks completed from the studio include but are not limited to coach training, reviews, studio social media, schedule creation, virtual staff meetings, GroupMe staff communication, member calls, studio cleaning, etc...
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance and adherence to F45 business policies in daily Athletic operations.
- Facilitate frequent communication among all members of the team. Use GroupMe, Google Docs, and whiteboard in the studio.
- Coordinate with the Studio Manager to ensure proper communication between management and the coaching staff.
- Responsible for coordinating Studio Announcements, Coaches Announcements, Schedule Changes on GroupMe each Sunday.
- As a Head Coach you must lead by example and conduct frequent facility walk-throughs with the Studio Manager to ensure quality facility care and staff responsibility. Including: Equipment/Facility Audits.
- Demonstrate self-involvement in all studio activities (taking multiple coaches' sessions, events, socials, celebrations, theme-days, etc.)
- Maintain and Grow Studio Workout Traffic, Usage, and Class Utilization. In conjunction with the Studio Manager, meet and assess Key Performance Indicators (weekly).
- Must be available in case of a studio emergency; manage substitutions. Including substitution management requests.
**Experience**:
- Completion of F45 Academy
- Personal Training or Group Fitness Instructor Certification
- CPR/First Aid
- 3 years minimum of previous training experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related Health/Wellness field(preferred)
Pay: $45,541.00 - $56,993.00 per year
