**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work closely with employees to resolve network, software, or hardware issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 suite functionality (i.e.: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- PC and thin client maintenance including software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Windows Server Active Directory and Exchange user management.
- Manage vendor coordination for company phone, copiers/printers, etc.
- Maintain existing network infrastructure.
- Assures all installations are in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and best practices.
- Assist with a variety of administrative, technological and/or infrastructure projects.
- Assist with project coordination throughout all phases of a project.
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Two+ years of IT experience.
- Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems (2016-2019)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, File & Printer Sharing.
- Proficient in Blue Beam, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, online navigation on Windows OS, CMiC a plus.
- Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure under pressure.
- Be trusted with confidential or HIPAA related information.
- Ability to take assigned projects to successful competition.
- Great attention to detail with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Team player -exhibiting excellent interpersonal and customer services skills, ability to maintain a positive friendly attitude while dealing professionally with co-workers and external customers.
- Comfortable in a small office environment.
- Background in construction-type industries a plus.

**Education**:

- Associate Degree in IT (preferred), high school or equivalent (required). Two plus years IT support required. Years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Pay: $20.00 - $31.50 per hour
