GRID Alternatives’ SolarCorps Fellowship Program is an opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic community members to join GRID Alternatives for a 11-month paid service term. In this position, you’ll gain valuable experience in the renewable energy and non-profit industries while making significant contributions to communities most impacted by environmental and economic injustice

**Member Duties**: We are seeking a full-time SolarCorps Recruitment & Engagement Fellow : the Recruitment & Engagement Member will be dedicated to expanding and building the program’s capacity and their partnering organizations to effectively recruit and retain members. The Recruitment & Retention Member will work with to expand community outreach, build social media presence through active posting and coordination with partner agencies, and promote the transformational impact of the program on populations with whom they work. This member will also assist in developing programming and gathering feedback from current and past members to increase member satisfaction and retention. As these partners gain education and experience, the members also gain skills in professional relationship building, communication, logistics, and program coordination that will be transferable within the renewable energy, communications, and nonprofit industries.
