Cashier/customer Service

New York, United States SB Pharmacy Full time

Pharmacy is seeking a full-time cashier that has knowledge of how to operate a cash register and is proficient in basic tasks on a computer. Previous experience is a plus. Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Experience in Micromerchant Systems/Prime RX
- Experience with New York Lottery
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Motivated, Responsible, Honest, Polite, Friendly and Intelligent
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Good customer service skills
- Good analytical skills
- Computer Proficiency

Job functions will include, but are not limited to:

- Ordering and Stocking Products
- Answering and Making Phone Calls
- Operating Cash Register
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Orderliness Throughout the Pharmacy
- Handling Bagged Medication / RX Retrieval for Customer
- Providing Customer's with Excellent Service
- Creating Store Displays and Promotions
- Filing and Paperwork

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy technician: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
