**Job Overview**:
We are seeking meticulous and dedicated trimmers to join our team at our commercial cannabis facility. As a trimmer, you will play a crucial role in the post-harvest process, ensuring the quality and appearance of our cannabis products meet the highest standards. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers and the reputation of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trimming**: Hand-trim cannabis flowers with precision to remove excess leaves and stems while maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the buds.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect cannabis flowers for quality, identifying and reporting any issues such as mold, pests, or damage.
- **Efficiency**: Meet daily and weekly production targets for trimming while maintaining consistent quality.
- **Sanitation**: Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately record weights and other relevant data for compliance and inventory management purposes.
- **Compliance**: Follow all company policies and state regulations related to the handling and processing of cannabis.

**Experience**:

- **Commercial Cannabis Trimming**: Proven experience in commercial cannabis trimming is required.
- **Post-Harvest Operations**: Preferably experienced in supporting other post-harvest processes, such as packaging.
- **Plant Maintenance**: Ideally has experience with light plant work, including deleafing.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Paw Paw, MI 49079: Relocate before starting work (required)
