**RESPONSIBILITY**:
The primary function of the Facility Machine Maintenance Technician is to work one-on-one with employees to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance on the facility and equipment. The work is to be completed in a safe and efficient method to ensure mínimal production downtime and adherence to environmental and safety guidelines.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Diagnose root cause of issues and complete repairs on a variety of production and facility equipment.

*Daily Machine Maintenance including cleaning, refreshing chip barrels and maintaining coolant levels
- Install and set-up new and used manufacturing and facility equipment.

*Prioritize and perform multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Use various facility equipment and tools when necessary.
- Property Maintenance

**Painting

**Mowing/Snow Removal

**Building Repairs
- *Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude to repair equipment & machines in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Must consistently demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
- Strong ability to plan current workload as well as upcoming projects.
- Effective collaboration through communication, teamwork, and a positive outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Desire to continuously learn and be challenged.
- Some computer skills are helpful.

**Starting wage is based on position, experience, and mechanical abilities.**

**Salary**: Up to $22.00 - $28.00 based on experience
