Palace Entertainment owns and operates some of the country’s largest and most prestigious venues including: National Historic Landmark, Kennywood Park, America’s Oldest Amusement Park, Lake Compounce, the world’s first ever Cartoon Network Hotel, Best Family Theme Park Dutch Wonderland and a variety of other family-friendly parks and campgrounds throughout the United States.
Palace Entertainment is a subsidiary of Parques Reunidos, one of the leading global operators, with more than 60 different assets (theme parks, zoos and marine parks, water parks and other attractions), spread out over various countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.
Supervise Admissions team members in all areas of the department including ticket sellers, annual pass processing, parking attendant, and park receptionist.
We are currently looking for a:
Castle Park - Admissions Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Rate: $17.50/hr
- Train and coach team members
- Welcome and greet all guests as they enter the park
- Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance
- Proactively deal with guest concerns
- Work various positions in the department when needed
- Resolve computer and printer issues
- Ensure Will Call system is being updated
- Stock all areas as needed
- Complete nightly reports including group totals and labor hours
- Ensure breaks are given in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete any tasks as requested by Admissions Operation Supervisor or Management
- Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws
**Requirements**:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful.

- Communication - Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Define problems and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner
- Time Management - Plan and manage tasks effectively while maintaining a steadfast commitment to detail.
- Computer Proficiency - MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Leadership - Inspire others to achieve results, establish credibility throughout the organization and maintain a visible leadership role in appropriate industry, community and business organizations as necessary
- Initiative and Adaptability - Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience: Prior cash handling and supervisory experience preferred
Other:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be able to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements
- Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs
