**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) **is looking for a **Mid-Level Staff Analyst (Level 3)** to join the **Customer** **Support** **Systems Service Engineering **team based out of **Seal Beach, California**.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Collects, processes, and assembles data from multiple sources.
- Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
- Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of all meetings and events.
- Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.
- Gathers customer requirements for projects.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule while monitoring and tracking the plan of execution.
- Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
- Provides status reports.
- Maintains and tracks training requirements.

**This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
- Experience in presenting to Senior Level Management
- 3+ years of experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
- Executive Support and Preparation

**Typical Education/Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

**Summary pay range: $79,000.00 - $86,000.00**
