**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed plats for land surveying projects
- Research land records, historical surveys, deeds, and legal descriptions
- Interpret and process field data based on coding systems and field notes
- Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and other team members to meet established requirements
- Review plats for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare plats for submission to surveyors, engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Assist with drafting and design tasks as needed
- Ensure documents conform to company standards and branding requirements
- Meet deadlines and process revisions in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in drafting or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working on land surveying projects
- Familiarity with GIS software
