**15-20 hours/week**

**Reports to: Principal**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tuition Management
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Process payroll.
- All banking including deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepares annual budget in collaboration with the Principal and Pastor

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills - bilingual English-Spanish a plus
- Ability to function independently and professionally with staff and volunteers at all levels.
- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software

**MINISTERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Knows and understands the culture & mission of the Catholic Church and applies Catholic teachings to all areas of responsibility.
- Maintains confidentiality in all areas of responsibility as required.
