We are currently looking for full or part time help to join our awesome team at our restaurant located in downtown Frederick, MD. KITCHEN STAFF RECEIVES SHARE OF TIP POOL.

This is a cross training position - you will work more in the kitchen but the kitchen is OPEN so you need customer service skills as well. There is room for advancement within our company.

You will be expected (but not limited) to: Interact with our customers in a professional, friendly way

Know how to read recipes (measuring cup sizes, etc)

You will be trained to work with flour and dough, prior experience preferred but not mandatory

Read and comprehend tickets as they come through

Look presentable and may be hygienic at all times

Cleaning the restaurant during the shift

Have at least some weekend availability.

Have a nice attitude

Must be able to carry 20+ lbs

Must be 18+ to operate mixer and some other equipment

We are happy to teach you if you're willing to learn

We are looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, reliable and a hard worker. We work hard to provide great service and have a good time while we're doing it Availability is flexible. No experience necessary, if you are willing to learn, we are ready to teach you

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
