Janitorial Supervisor

Position: Janitorial Accounts Manager

Location: 10770 Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20901

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with on-call availability on weekends)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business opportunities, with a compensation of $300 for each new account acquired per month.
- Manage employees' clock-in and clock-out procedures to ensure accurate attendance records.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies for our operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors to secure favorable pricing and timely delivery of supplies.
- Manage the use of our system "Swept" for efficient scheduling and tracking of janitorial tasks.
- Lead the hiring process for new employees, including conducting interviews and onboarding activities.
- Provide comprehensive training to new and existing employees to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as backup coverage for employees who may miss work due to illness or other reasons.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary: $3,600 per month.
- Additional compensation: $300 for each new account acquired per month.

**Skillset Desired**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication with employees and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Experience with employee management systems like "Swept" to facilitate scheduling and task tracking.
- Ability to conduct interviews, onboard new employees, and provide comprehensive training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Flexibility to provide on-call availability on weekends for emergency coverage.
- Sales acumen to identify and pursue new business opportunities for account acquisition.
- Prior experience in janitorial or facility management roles preferred, but not required.

Pay: $3,600.00 per month
