**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee residency programs, ensuring their successful operation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Travel regularly to meet with business leaders and residents, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Work closely with external vendors to support recruitment efforts and operational needs.
- Host physicians and other healthcare professionals for on-site interviews, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams across Rancho Health and OMO to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies efficiently.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
