Residential Remodeler

**Description**:

As a residential remodel contractor, we specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as mobile/manufactured home repair and remodels. We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service to our clients.- Position: Remodel Technician**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting for showers, backsplashes, and floors.
- Utilize electrical, drywall, and painting skills as needed to complete projects to the highest standards.
- Work efficiently and skillfully to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both the team and clients.
- Uphold a "Get stuff done" attitude and take initiative to overcome challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting.
- Experience in electrical, drywall, and painting is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Commitment to working efficiently and delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Experience with project management systems, specifically BuilderTrend, is an extra bonus.
