**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a Customer Service Representative in our call center **(3620 E. Speedway Blvd., Tucson, AZ. 85716)** you will be responsible for responding to and tracking customer inquiries. Our CSR’s enhance our sales and workforce teams, so that we can continue to provide dependability and quality service as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. **Bilingual English / Spanish a plus **Must be able to attend 4 weeks of training (all day).**

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inbound calls relating to existing and new service
- Scheduling service appointments and sales leads
- Data Entry while ensuring accuracy of information

**IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS**:

- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Must have good listening skills
- Must have basic math aptitude, typing skills and be computer literate
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35WPM
