**About Us**

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Spencer's Attendant, you will play a vital role in promoting our spa services and products through various marketing events and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events to promote Spencer's Spa and attract new customers.
- Engaging with customers, passersby and the general public in a friendly and sophisticated manner to promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Spencer's Spa offerings and effectively communicating the benefits to customers.
- Creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and promotional materials to drive spa traffic and sales.
- Providing feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve marketing strategies and customer experience.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to marketing events, including setup, registration, and follow-up communication with attendees.
- Supporting the marketing team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Receiving incentives and performance bonuses for meeting sales targets and achieving exceptional results.

**Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in hospitality, or customer service roles, preferably in the spa or hospitality industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively and in an outgoing manner.
- A polished and refined approach to people, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to effectively promote products and services to customers.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for marketing events and promotions.
- A creative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ability to work outside during shifts at locations around New York City including public parks, local neighborhoods.
- Drivers license is a plus for mobile activations (vehicle will be supplied).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
