Graphic Designer

Responsibilities will include:

- Regularly create on-trend and innovative images and videos for social media and digital content.
- Manage and maintain direct communication with Marketing Director to ensure contents are produced in accordance with original direction/instructions, schedules, launches, and specific deadlines.
- Create on-brand digital graphics for homepage and site landing pages, web banners, social media assets, etc.
- Create on-brand marketing print collateral including mailer inserts, postcards, packaging, etc.
- Assist with design on advertising content as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design
- 2+ year(s) of in-house graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print
- Desire to learn new things and constantly improve our process
- A drive for creativity and thinking outside the box coupled with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- The ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and an understanding of design principles
- Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
