Noc Caregiver

**This is a temporary position**. We are looking for a qualified caregiver to cover a maternity leave for a staff member. This position will be from mid June through mid August.

**Duties**:

- Provide direct support and care to individuals in a group home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and tidying up living spaces
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities
- Lift and transfer individuals as needed, using proper techniques and equipment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of social work systems and resources is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $15.72 - $20.22 per hour
