**Essential Job Functions**:

- Conduct daily inspections of the property's outdoor areas, including lawns, planting beds, parking lots, sidewalks, and ramps, to remove litter and debris.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common indoor areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators through vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing.
- Operate various maintenance equipment including power washers and vacuum cleaners for pool cleaning.
- Assist maintenance team with various tasks as needed, providing support that ensures efficient operation and service.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in general maintenance tasks with a solid understanding of maintenance repairs and services.
- Ability to use and maintain power tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and a readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekend hours and adapt to varying work schedules as required by property needs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of reliability and responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple levels and functions.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
