We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound to retail dealers to introduce and sell approved marketing packages.
- Use co-op funds effectively to tailor marketing solutions to meet the needs of individual retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Understand and communicate the benefits and features of our marketing packages to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including call logs, sales, and follow-up activities via SHIFT’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
