**Description**:
- Assisting the Program Manager in development of new programs including: drafting and editing program solicitations and source selection documents; drafting and editing presentations such as new start and source selection briefs; and coordinating technical, financial, and organizational tasks between multiple SETA team members, government teams, and the Program Manager
- Facilitating and orchestrating team activities and schedules including: scheduling and planning effective meetings with many different government, performer, and SETA participants; managing multiple overlapping project schedules with complex interdependencies; and minimizing scheduling risk and programmatic risk in a portfolio
- Supporting the Program Manager in managing performers including: Leading periodic (monthly or bi-weekly) performer assessments to analyze program, technical and schedule risks; developing risk mitigation strategies; communicating findings to program manager; conducting technical evaluations and guidance on reports, briefings, and other performer communications; and summarizing technical and financial project status and goals for a varied set of audiences

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent program management skills with at least two years of experience in program or project management
- Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to perform proof reading and quality control on technical documents and slides
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
- Excellent communication skills; both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral. Must be able to concisely summarize and efficiently communicate the essential elements of a concept quantitatively and comprehensively
