Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The Club House Manager will be responsible for managing staff, marketing initiatives, recruiting, payroll, and ensuring the overall success of the Clinton Country Club.

**Duties**:
Work directly with food/beverage vendors
- Food & beverage inventory management
- Manage the menu items to offer a variety of quality food items with consistency all year
- Manage Clubhouse job descriptions for servers, grill cooks, kitchen staff, & bartenders
- Clubhouse employee scheduling - servers, grill cooks, kitchen staff, & bartenders
- Food preparation fill in, as needed (grill cook, etc.)
- Work to train and retain Clubhouse employees
- Manage daily wage tracking and tip disbursement of Clubhouse personnel
- Implement and uphold dress code for Clubhouse employees - no sweats, etc.
- Clubhouse financial tracking measures for profitability efficiencies
- Banquet facility event planning
- Organizing Clubhouse food related special events
- Patio and pool dining area maintenance - tables, décor, plants, and flowers
- Yearly deep clean of Clubhouse areas
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items - up to 50lbs
- House environment responsibility - menu presentation/customer experience
- Manage staff to maintain all facility restrooms and showers
- Liaison to the board House committee
- Banquet contract execution for private events with the House committee
- Recruiting/hiring new Clubhouse employees with assistance from the House committee
- Clubhouse pricing and budget planning with the House committee
- Work with Superintendent on food/beverage and staff planning for golf outings and pool events

Pay will be based off of experience and knowledge

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
