Youngs Farm Cafe is looking for experienced baristas to join our tight-knit team.

We are a small cafe located inside the Hirshleifers store in the Americana Mall, open 7 days a week. We are operated by Youngs Farm, a certified organic farm in Old Brookville. Founded in 1893, the farm is managed by the 4th and 5th generation of the Youngs family, and sells produce, pantry and gift specialties, as well as scratch-made pastries and savory foods such as soups, quiches, and pies.

As a satellite of the farm, we sell baked goods, branded apparel, and other favorites from the farm stand, in addition to a full menu of specialty coffee and tea beverages. Our goal is to represent the best of the farm to all clientele in the unique setting of the Americana.
- Weekday availability.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced coffee shops or comparable food service establishments.
- Familiarity with principles of food safety such as FIFO, temperature danger zone, etc.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time on shift, as well as lift and move heavy stock.
- Passion for cultivating positive, authentic customer relationships and providing the best possible experience to all guests.
