**WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**

***Compound Management Team members are responsible for organizing and delivering correct requested compounds on time:

- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Fulfill compound requests in a timely manner according to specifications.
- Label and organize compounds.
- Weigh compounds using analytical balance.
- Reconstitute new compound solutions from solid material as required.
- Generate compound plates for testing using laboratory automation (e.g. Hamilton, Tecan, etc.)
- Maintain adequate inventories for solvents and lab supplies related to the position.
- Participation in routine lab maintenance/ clean up.
- Perform other duties as assigned / cross-functional support to other departments.
- Adhere to site employee health and safety (EHS) regulations.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM**
- Passion for problem solving. You are excited by new challenges and know how to achieve maximum results and drive projects forward
- Bachelor's degree in science or math.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Available to work in the lab 40 hours per week during working business hours (Monday-Friday: 8 am
- 5 pm)
- Basic understanding of compound management principles and workflows.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be detailed oriented and consistent in experimental approach.
- Must be team-oriented and work well with others.
