Youth Pastor

**Youth Pastor (Part Time)**
- Starting Pay: $15-20/hour
- Weekly: 2-5 hours per week (starting)
- Sundays: 9:30 AM - 12:15 PM
- Tuesdays: 6:30 PM-7:30 PM

**Position Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School Education or Equivalent.
- Some college/seminary experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Dependable personal transportation.
- Willingness and aptitude for working with children/teens.
- Personal, Moral, and Spiritual values that are in line with a Christian ministry role.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and develop all aspects of the Youth Ministry including, but not limited to:

- Recruiting and training Youth Ministry workers and leaders as the program grows.
- Organizing classroom, materials, and lessons to maximize cleanliness, safety, and effectiveness of a biblical Youth ministry.
- Development (or care of) lessons, policies, and procedures of Triumph’s Youth Ministry.
- Scheduling of workers, substitutions, and Youth Ministry events.
- Keep records of expenditures, Youth Ministry budget, and attendance.
- Maintain visitation, prayer, and outreach to visiting/existing teens and their families.
- Work with other church staff and Triumph’s Pastor to ensure success of the program.
