Bilingual Contract Phlebotomist for Crc Position

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Participant Recruitment and Enrollment:

- Travel to company-associated clinics to identify, screen, recruit, and enroll eligible participants for research studies.
- Engage with potential participants in a professional and informative manner to explain study procedures and obtain informed consent.

2. Study Paperwork Completion:

- Complete all necessary study paperwork accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Review documents for errors and discrepancies, and make corrections as needed.
- Obtain copies of medical records and other relevant documents from participants as required.

3. Sample Collection and Processing:

- Collect study-related samples from participants, including blood samples via venipuncture.
- Utilize aseptic technique during specimen collection to ensure sample integrity.
- Process and prepare collected samples for testing according to study protocols.

4. Document Scanning and Upload:

- Scan all required documents, including consent forms and medical records, for upload to the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of documents to facilitate efficient record-keeping and data management.

5. Record Maintenance and Protocol Adherence:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of participant information, study procedures, and sample handling activities.
- Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for specimen handling, processing, and documentation.

6. Patient Interaction and Collaboration:

- Interact with participants in a compassionate and empathetic manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate closely with the research team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and adherence to study timelines and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in phlebotomy and experience performing venipuncture.
- Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using computers and software for data entry and document management.
